Where is your studio located?
My personal training studio is based in Burscough, offering a private and comfortable environment for your sessions. It’s the perfect space for focused, one-on-one training without distractions.
Do you travel to clients’ homes for personal training?
Yes! I offer mobile personal training and can travel to your home or a location of your choice within the North West region. This allows you to enjoy a convenient and personalised workout in the comfort of your own space.
How much do your personal training sessions cost?
The cost of personal training sessions can vary depending on a few factors, such as the type of training you’re looking for, the location (whether at my studio, your home, or elsewhere), and the frequency of your sessions. I believe in creating personalised plans tailored to your individual needs, so it’s best to get in touch with me directly for a tailored quote.
What days do you work?
I offer personal training sessions six days a week with extra early sessions available on Saturday mornings. My schedule is designed to be flexible, making it easier for you to find a time that fits into your routine!
Do you offer nutritional advice as part of your personal training?
Yes! While I’m not a registered nutritionist, I do provide dietary advice tailored to help support your fitness goals. Nutrition plays a key role in achieving results, and I offer personalised guidance on healthy eating habits, meal planning, and tips to complement your training program.
I’m new to fitness – will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely! I specialise in creating beginner-friendly workouts that gradually build your strength, confidence, and fitness. We’ll start at a pace that feels comfortable for you and progress as you improve.
How often should I train with you?
The ideal frequency of training sessions depends on your fitness goals, schedule, and current fitness level. Most clients benefit from 2 to 3 sessions per week, but I’ll work with you to create a plan that fits your lifestyle and helps you see steady progress. Training once a week can also be a great starting point, especially if you’re just getting into fitness or have a busy schedule!
Can I train with a friend?
Yes, you can! Training with a friend is a great way to stay motivated, have fun, and reach your fitness goals together. I offer partner or small group sessions that are tailored to suit both of your fitness levels and goals.
Do I need equipment for at-home training?
No! I can bring all the essential equipment for a full-body workout, including dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, and mats. If you do have your own equipment, we can also incorporate that into our sessions.
Do you offer online training?
I have an online training community coming very soon! Watch this space!
